The Newtown Township Pier 1 Imports store is not among ones that will be closing.
The Texas-based home goods chain will keep open the store at Court at the Village At Newtown Shopping Center.
Not far away, the Falls Township Pier 1 Imports location will be closing along with the Lower Southampton store.
No closing date was released by the company.
Earlier this month, the Texas-based company announced they would close around half their stores due to shrinking sales amid a changing retail environment.
The company announced they also plan to close close distribution centers and reduce corporate expenses.
Pier 1 CEO and CFO Robert Riesbeck said the a third-party liquidator will manage the store closings.
